Once again teachers and students in our city were delighted by the visit of the highly professional Theatre Company, The Buenos Aires Players to the Teatro Güemes in June.
This time they offered "Magic Seasons", a musical comedy for children aged 6 to 11, "The Sultan of the Thousand Nights" a musical comedy for students aged 10 to 15 and they proudly re-staged their successful comedy for adolescents and adults: "To Be or Not To Be".
Three awesome productions, one for each age group. This is their third season here with us, and amazingly they had to stay two running days to offer as many performances as they could due to the high demand from schools, institutes, academies and private teachers.
The scripts and lyrics were written by the renowned teacher, playwright and theatre director Celia Zubiri. Original music, good acting, excellent costumes and set go hand in hand. All together on stage means something worth to be seen. Educational, amusing, with values and a moral within.
