I felt very bad so I decided to go to the shop again. I talked to your sales assistant but she could not help me, I asked her why she could not help me or why she could not give me a new TV. I tried to find the answer but she said ¨I can not change your TV, because you do not have the receipt¨.. Then I tried to talk to you but your assistant said that you were very busy.
